The New Orleans Experience

For the past couple of years I have been talking about some changes that were coming. Adjustments actually. Several years ago I started limiting larger weddings to focus on elopements and small gatherings. Large weddings mean less time with the couple for art and moments. It often can just be too rushed. Moments get lost with little time for the cool portraits. As time passed more couples called and hired me to just do their portraits and candids. Others fly in just for a few hours of fun and photos. I saw an opportunity to do what I do best and grabbed it.

This year I am making a final transition concentrating on artistic portraits and candid street photography. This opens up the opportunity for me to offer cool portraits and real moments for everyone. I will still be available for the more unique and non-traditional weddings as can seen in some of the photos below.

Another new option I have added is The New Orleans Experience. This is a very special option with a unique opportunity to capture those special moments that mean so much. I have found that with New Orleans being a destination choice for fun outside weddings more people are asking me to document a few hours or even an entire day of their visit. How cool is that? Your own photographer hanging with you getting those shots you miss. And someone has to take the photos right? So they aren't in the shots, plus they are distracted from the fun. Not anymore! I offer options for special events, reunions, families, couples and individual portraits and documentation of your day in New Orleans.
