Oh my, what a wedding weekend! We started at New Orleans City Park in the same spots we used for their engagement photographs last Spring. Some portraits before the ceremony. We gathered with about 20 of their closest friends and family under a giant oak tree adorned with Christmas lights for the yearly Celebration in the Oaks. Samantha officiated and as they were pronounced married the sun began to set. We grabbed some group formals under that awesome Southern Oak draped in moss then headed off for the reception later in the French Quarter at The House of Blues’ Big Mama’s Room. Here we were serenaded by the ever talented Shawan Rice as everyone enjoyed the wonderful dinner selections. 

The next day we met up again for some quick brunch group photographs at The Inn at Saint Ann, a boutique part of the Bourbon Orleans Hotel. Such a lovely courtyard with fountain. And the weather was perfect. Take a peek at these few images from their wedding and you will agree everyone had a good time!
