My brides and grooms have a certain luxury other couples don't, and that is the opportunity to dress however they want for their wedding.

They aren't tied to traditions or taboos.

Their weddings are completely different than the traditional weddings with huge bridal parties, favors, more favors... cha-ching goes the cash register. This is not to say they don't choose traditional aspects to their wedding, just not confined to expectations of others. 

One bride wore a red, strapless skinny dress and rocked the crap out of it too! Another chose a short flirty red satin dress that so matched her personality. Others might go with white but they grab a short little dress at a fraction of the cost of traditional gowns. Look at the lacy one below. It's gorgeous!

I've even had brides wear jeans and grooms wear costumes. 

The beauty of New Orleans is our acceptance of everyone. We don't judge. Remember, we wear costumes for no special occasion and throughout the year. You just become one of us when you're here in New Orleans.
